APPLICATIONS
Whether youre interested in performing, Vending or Volunteering, we would love to hear from you!
Performers applications are CLOSED March 1st. Selections will be made and chosen performers contacted by March 15th. We are looking for BC based artists from solo performers to full bands that play primarily Rock, Blues and Folk, family friendly music.
Artisan and food Vendors applications will be accepted until all spots are filled. We will do our best to ensure we have a variety of unique vendors with minimal overlap in products. Last year we saw over 600 adult guests and this year we plan to have upwards of 800 so this is a wonderful opportunity to get your handmade products out there into the hands of happy customers!

Volunteer applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis up until the festival, so if you are interested in helping, please apply.

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN PERFORMING?
Want to play at FARM FEST? Excellent! Just fill out our online form before March 1st at Midnight and you could be on stage in front of a crowd of adoring fans. Performers perks include fair compensation, lots of snacks and exclusive camping privileges not available to the general public.

ARE YOU AN ARTISAN WITH PRODUCTS TO SELL?
Do you have handmade products you would like to sell at our festival? We are looking for artisans and entrepreneurs that create a variety of products from paintings, macrame, candles, sculptures, clothing, leather work, and even home grown flowers or veggies! If you make it, bake it or grow it, we'd love to see you apply to be a part of FARM FEST 2024's vendors market.
ARE YOU A LICENSED FOOD VENDOR?
Do you have a food truck or stand? We want to hear from you!
You must have Insurance and a license to prepare and serve food - and be prepared to serve hundreds of hungry guests throughout the day.
If you think you have what it takes to operate from 12pm when gates open, until 9pm, we would love to have you join us for FARM FEST 2024!

Perks of volunteering include exclusive camping privileges, reimbursement of your ticket and the opportunity to be a part of a really exciting festival and have just as much fun as these two are!
Help is needed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for many positions.
