Backyard Bands & Brews

A family-friendly festival featuring live bands, local brews and artisans from right here in the Northwest.

Starting at 12 PM on Saturday July 16th, the farm gates will open for ticket holders to make their way in, check out the local vendors, grab some food at one of the food trucks and get ready for a full day of live music.

Tickets are available at UNBOUND and THE FIX CAFE & CYCLERY in Terrace

or from the WHEELHOUSE BREWING COMPANY in Prince Rupert!

Ten bands will hit the stage throughout the day starting at 2pm and heading

well into the evening with the last band finishing us off right around 11pm.

A stage upstairs in The Barn will host smaller groups alternating times with the main stage acts outside to keep the music flowing and make sure you can catch them all!

The Counterfeit Saints

Rock meets Pop meets Soul with a dash of Country and a hint of Folk? The Counterfeit Saints are a Terrace, BC based band. They write and play their own original songs but always mix in their unique take on a few surprising but familiar cover tunes. Honest voices singing honest songs. The Counterfeit Saints are: Steph Melanson - Vocals , Sonja Shaw - Vocals, Adam Shaw-Vocals/Guitar, Jay Hughes - Bass, and Tony Demelo - Drums.

The Dead Wrongs

The Dead Wrongs serve up Northern-inspired Honky Tonk originals and country classics. Get ready for a toe-tapping, two-stepping good time.

Fictional Kings

A Northwest favourite serving up the best Rock n Roll covers and originals since 2018!
Get ready for The Fictional Kings to capture your full, undivided attention on main stage.

The Dearly Departed

A down to earth 4 piece sharing their soulful vocals and dynamic instrumentals. A diverse mix of Folk, Rock and Blues originals and covers for every age to enjoy.

Rutabaga Dirtbags

Fast paced three piece bringing energy and emotion through original songs and reclaimed covers. Our brassy overtones, driving bass lines and raw vocals will keep you dancing all night long.

Jack Trade

Observations have been manipulated into song, telling stories of day-to-day life and personal experiences. Influenced from traditional and bluegrass genres, there are hints of rock n' roll and experimental flavors that can intrigue a curious mind. A multi-instrumentalist usually playing with other musicians, diverged for a solo expedition to capture audiences attention.

Sin Wagon

This band started Country but Sin Wagon is on the move! They’ve put the wagon into overdrive and are ready to rock! Sin Wagon is a 5-piece cover band based out of Terrace, BC. From your favourite country tunes to hits from every decade, Sin Wagon blends a variety of music from all genres to bring a unique energy to the stage. Band members Brittany, Kelly, Mark, Jessica, and Kathy create a sound fronted by powerful lead vocals, filled with harmonies, and backed by a rockin’ groove!

The Bastardsons

The Bastardsons play a little folk, a little blues, a Little Rock. We mix fiddle and banjo with slide guitar and bass. Basically we bastardize it 🙂

Robbie Aylesworth

Originally hailing from the rolling foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Rob Ayles most recently called the bright skies of the Yukon home until transplanting to Terrace in early 2021. Since being pulled towards the West coast from the prairies over a decade ago, Ayles has had the fortune of calling a number of different towns, communities and landscapes home, each with their own look, feel, identity and sound. With each new location came new friends and adventure and throughout it all were two things kept close: A deep reverence for the power of music and a guitar. Rob Ayles's music is an ode to these experiences, stories of triumph and defeat, hope and fear. Listen to this classically trained guitarist weave gentle vocal melodies in and out of intricate, yet subtle rhythm guitar with hints of roots, folk and southern sounds layered throughout.

The beer garden will feature two of our regional breweries: Sherwood Mountain Brewhouse from Terrace, and Wheelhouse Brewery coming to us from Prince Rupert, ready to quench the audience’s thirst. (Beer gardens will be open from 4pm - 10:30pm)

The vendors area will feature artisan booths filled with locally handcrafted products, fresh produce and other handmade treasures, and for the little ones a Kids zone to occupy them for a moment or two.
